AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES THE EXPANSION OF ITS FIRSTLANE SPEEDGATES LINE
Wavre (Belgium), 29 March 2023 – Automatic Systems, a world leader in the automation of secure access control for pedestrians and vehicles, is pleased to announce the expansion of its FirstLane speedgate. The new series will be presented from 29 to 31 March at ISC WEST in Las Vegas (USA), one of the most important safety and security exhibitions worldwide.
The FirstLane provides a modern design combining glass and various materials and finishes as well as interactive lighting for a more intuitive user experience. These newest models to the Automatic Systems pedestrian portfolio feature an attractive minimalist design which allows them to fit perfectly in environments where a reliable level of security is required. With this expansion, the FirstLane speedgates are now available in a stainless-steel finishing version, in addition to its classic, black-painted steel housing model. Automatic Systems is also launching the FirstLane Plus: a new outdoor version, IP44 rated with wind resistant aerodynamic obstacles.
The new FirstLane speedgate has retained all the original technical features but is now equipped with slimmer, more elegant LED lighting to offer a more refined look while retaining Automatic Systems’ renown reliability. All models are now available with obstacles of different heights from 900mm to 1800mm (FirstLane Plus is available with 900mm or 1750mm steel obstacles). Thus, helping to prevent fraud by physically blocking access to unauthorized individuals attempting to jump over the equipment. The FirstLane series provides a high bi-directional throughput without compromising users’ safety.
