PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Automatic Systems’ equipment is well-known for its reliability and sturdiness, which does not mean that preventive maintenance is pointless, in fact, the contrary: to guarantee maximum availability and benefit from the guarantee, it is vital that your equipment is maintained properly.

There is no more effective solution than entrusting this maintenance to the people who manufactured the equipment: the faultless knowledge of our technicians, combined with the fact that spare parts are available immediately, guarantees fast, comprehensive maintenance. This means that downtime is reduced and you can focus on the most important thing: your business!

Our maintenance contracts offer many benefits:

  • Priority handling of your request for help if there’s a problem: our technician will come out within 24 hours
  • Guarantee extended for the duration of the maintenance contract, up to 5 years
  • Priority access to the help desk

Lastly, our contracts can adapt to your needs:

  • You can decide how often maintenance work takes place depending on how your equipment is used
  • 2 options are available:
    • a PREVENTIVE package that covers preventive maintenance
    • a PREMIUM package that, as well as preventive maintenance, also includes corrective maintenance (travel, parts and labour)

REPAIRS

Automatic Systems can carry out urgent and non-urgent repairs on demand where the main goal is to reduce the downtime for the piece of equipment and maximise business continuity. Our 24/7 on-call department means that you can contact us at any time to request help during the night or over the weekend (special pricing applicable).

Lastly, our help desk is available to answer your technical questions by email or telephone, at your convenience.
