Have you identified a vulnerability or security incident? Report it to us.
In accordance with the European Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847), Automatic Systems is publishing its coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy.
Customers, integrators, and security researchers can report any vulnerability or security incident affecting our products to psirt@automatic-systems.com.
An acknowledgment of receipt is sent within 1 business day, and an initial severity triage is performed within 24 hours, 24/7. A comprehensive assessment is then provided within 15 business days.
Reports of actively exploited vulnerabilities or ongoing incidents are subject to a priority procedure.
